I understand that travel involves inherent and unpredictable risks, including accidents, delays, personal injury, illness, exposure to communicable diseases, disability, and, in rare circumstances, death. By participating in this trip, I knowingly and voluntarily assume the risks ordinarily associated with travel. I acknowledge that destinations, governmental authorities, airlines, hotels, transportation providers, restaurants, attractions, and other travel suppliers may establish or modify health, safety, security, entry, or operational requirements at any time. These may include health screenings, testing or vaccination requirements, travel authorizations, entry forms, quarantine requirements, curfews, closures, reduced operating hours, or limitations on activities and gatherings. I accept responsibility for ensuring that I and my traveling party are medically and legally able to travel and possess all required passports, visas, identification, health documentation, entry forms, authorizations, and other necessary travel documents. To the fullest extent permitted by law, I accept responsibility for any injury, illness, loss, damage, claim, liability, or expense resulting from the inherent risks of travel, my personal circumstances, or my failure to comply with applicable travel requirements.
